摘要
高温气冷堆产生的高温工艺热的应用研究是能源领域的课题之一。本文论述了利用甲烷水蒸汽的可逆反应的化学热管系统及其在高温气冷堆远距离输热方面的应用。报导了清华大学核能技术设计研究院设计的 3. 5 MW化学热管系统。该系统用 CH4和水蒸汽作为重整工作对,采用二级甲烷化反应器。介绍了系统主要设备——He加热、热交换器型的重整器的结构设计。
In order to study applications of high temperature process heat produced in high temperature gas cooled reactor the chemical heat pipe system considered CH4-H2O reversible reactions and it's applications in the long distance heat transport for the high temperature gas cooled reactor are stated in the paper. The 3. 5 MW chemical heat pipe system designed by Institute of Nuclear Energy Technology of Tsinghua University is reported. The CH4-H2O steam is used as the reformer agents. Two step mechanization device is adopted in the heat pipe system. The construction design of the reformer (heat exchanging type) - main apparatus of the system is also introduced in the paper.
