摘要
利用火焰脉冲-微反装置考察了Cu-Mn-Ce-O和Cu-Mn-Ce-Pd-O两类催化剂的三效活性。结果表明Cu的加入有利于Cu-Mn-Ce-O的NOx和CO的转化,而不利于Cu-Mn-Ce-pd-O的NOx和HC的转化。XRD分析结果表明在Cu-Mn-Ce-O中加入Pd,原来的CuMn_2O_3消失,生成新相MnAl_2O_4;TPR分析结果表明Cu使Mn-Ce-O样品表面氧量增加,表面易于还原,而使Mn-Ce-pd-O样品表面难于还原。实验结果还表明Mn-Ce-pd-O催化剂的三效性能远远优于Cu-Mn-Ce-O催化剂。
The three-way performance of Cu-Mn-Ce-O and Cu-Mn-Ce-Pd-Ohave been examined in a pulse-flame-micro reactor.The xperimental results show thatthe addition of Cu into the Mn-Ce-O is favorable to the activities of NOx and CO conver-sion , and the addition of Cu into Mn-Ce-Pd-O inhibits the conversion of NOx and HC.XRD result showed that the addition of Pd into Cu-Mn-Ce-O causes CuMn_2O_4 phase todisappear and MnAl_2O_4 phase to form. TPR indicated that Cu may increase the surface oxy-gen content for the catalyst Mn-Ce-O,thus the surface can be reduced easily , and whilethe catalyst Mn-Ce-pd-O is not so. The activity of Mn-Ce-pd-O is found to be muchhigher than that of Cu-Mn-Ce-O.
