摘要
工业加热炉的自动控制主要是控制炉内燃烧工况达到最佳,即在温度及工艺条件满足要求的前提下,燃料和空气量保持最佳配比。本文在一套燃油装置上建立了微机自动控制系统,采用自动寻优的控制方法,实现了燃烧过程的最佳空燃比即最佳燃烧工况的控制。该方法具有系统简洁、运行可靠、实用性强等优点,具有很好的通用性,它亦可用来作为检验燃烧系统性能优劣的一种方法,应用前景广泛。
The automatic control of industrial furnace emphasises keeping the combustion regime be optimum i. e. under the satisfying furnace temperature the ratio of fuel to air flowrate keeps optimum, An automatic control system with microcomputer for a set of oil combustion system has been described in this paper, and in which the self-optimizing control method is used, and realizing the optimum ratio of fuel to air flowrate. This method is simple in system, reliable in operation,good in applicability and generality.
