摘要
用两种不同含碳量的工业用20钢热轧盘条(其碳含量分别是20钢上限和下限),在两相区不同温度淬火、在200~500℃范围回火以后,对钢丝的力学性能和冷拉拔能力进行了检验。根据测试结果选定出最佳热处理工艺:830℃淬火,500℃回火。
Two commercial hot rolled 20 steel wire rods which contain different amount of carbon i.e.upper limit and lower limit of 20 steel carbon content were studied. After quenching at various temperature in intercritical region and tempering at 200 ̄500℃, mechanical property and cold drawing ability of the steel wire were examined.Accoding to test results,the optimal heat-treatment technology is 800℃ quenching and 500℃ tempering.
