摘要
烃中多环芳烃(晕苯和卵苯)的分离是极其困难的。研究了在不同极性毛细管填充SFC柱上多环芳烃的分离条件。选用国产150mmCN填充柱,CO_2为流动相,线性升压,FID检测,可在26min内将烃中三到十环多环芳烃分离,定量重复性良好。
he supercritical fluid chromatographic separation condition:of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons wereinvestigated in this work by using 150mm 5μ CN packed column,CO_2 as mobile phase,FID monitor andpressure programming form 14 to 26 MPa at 0.4MPa/min. The hydrocarbons with 3 to 10 rings can be wellseparated in 26 min.
