摘要
分析了往复式空气压缩机油的质量。指出环烷基原油作为其原料的优势。用大港油田低凝环烷基原油减二、三线馏份油经过适度糠醛—白土精制，调合后加入适量高温抗氧剂、防锈剂制得的L－DAB150往复式空气压缩机油，理化指标符合GB12691—90标准，并通过了西安交大压缩机油台架试验及陕西钢厂的使用试验。
The quality requirement of reciprocating air compressor oil was analysed,showing the superiority of naphthenic base crude as its feedstock.Blending properly furfural-clay refined vacuum cut 2 and cut 3 distillate oils of low-freezing naphthenic base crude from Dagang oil field,with adding suitable high-temperature anti-oxidant and antirust additives,L-DAB 150 reciprocating air compressor oil can be obtained.Its physico-chemical index can meet the standard of GB12691-90, and having passed the bench test in Xi'an Communications College.
