摘要
本文采用了相对光强原理测定润滑膜的厚度。增强了测量结果抗外界干扰的性能,提高了测量膜厚的分辨率。最后给出的实验结果表明利用该原理测量膜厚是可行的。
This paper uses the relative light intensity principle to measure lubrication film thickness,with increasing the ability of resistance to the outside disturbance in measurement and improving the resolution of measuring film thickness. The tested result shows that the measurement of film thickness by the principle is feasible.
