摘要
本实验对半乳糖胺造成急性肝功能衰竭动物的肾功能进行观察，结果显示，在肝脏功能发生严重障碍的同时，肾功能也出现明显异常，尤以肾小球滤过功能障碍为甚（Ｐｃｒ、ＢＵＮ升高，Ｃｃｒ降低）；组织学改变符合临床急性肝衰时的肾脏变化，是较为理想的肝肾综合征动物模型，可用于急性肝衰时肾功能障碍发病机理及防治的研究。
he renal function was observed in rats of
acute hepatic failure induced by galactosamine。The results indicated
that while exhibiting serious hepatic failure,their renal function
showed obvious disorder,especially glomerular filtration
function(elevated Pcr, BUN and dropped UV,Ccr).The histofogy of
kidney conformed with the patients, renal changes of acute hepatic
failure。It was a kind of better animal model of hepato renal syn-
drome and could be used to study the pathogenesis,prevention and
treatment of the hepato renal syndrome in the renal disorder of
acute hepatic failure。
