摘要
报导了用氢火焰离子化检测器检测,邻苯二甲酸二壬酯(DNP)填充柱分离,纯化二硫化碳一次提取地下水样中苯系化合物的气相色谱快速分析方法.本法以外标峰高法定量,苯系化合物最低检出限:苯、甲苯为1.0μg/l;二甲苯、苯乙烯为3.0μg/l,在选择最佳分析条件基础上,进行了方法的精密度和准确度试验,结果表明,方法的平均口收率为95%~105%,变异系数不大于7.4%.
A gas chromatograph method for determination of trace benzen hydrocarbons ingroundwater has been proposed. The analysis is performed on a conventional gas chromatograph with a FID and separation in DNP filled column.With an external standardprocedure for quantification, the minimum detectable level can reach 1. 0μg/l for benzene, and 3. 0μg/l for xylol. The method provides a precise and accurate result , with anaverage recovery of 95% -105% and a variation coefficient of not higher than 7. 4% forthe benzene hydrocarbons tested. It has been used for the determination of benzene,oluol,Xylol,Styrene in the real samples of groundwater.
