摘要
本文介绍了激光表面淬火的机理及50Mn材料CO2激光表面淬火的试验过程,并对试验结果进行了详细分析,提出了淬火过程中对激光功率密度、扫描速度等参数选择的一般愿则.最后介绍了50Mn钢零件批量淬火的情况.
In the paper, the mechanism of surface quenchag by laser and the experiment process of the surface quenching by co2 laser on some steel were intnduced. Detailed analysis of experiment result wasgiven. The general principal on how to choose some parameters in the process of queoching, density ofpower, speed of scanning, ect. were offered. 50Mn steel spare batch quenching by laser were presented.
