摘要
本文对甲氰菊酯在苹果中残留规律进行了研究。苹果中施用甲氰菊酯后,用丙酮与石油醚混合液提取残留物。提取液经液—液分配和柱层析净化,然后用气相色谱仪,电子捕获检测器测定。全果及果肉中添加0.08、0.20及2.0mg/kg,3个浓度的回收率范围分别为92.21%±9.30~101.67%±2.01和91.95%±8.16~99.62%±3.51。甲氰菊酯最小检知量为1.09×10-10g。甲氰菊酯在苹果上的残留半衰期为20~32d。收获时苹果中甲氰菊酯最高残留量为401.51μg/kg,低于500.0μg/kg的最大残留允许量。
The residues of fenpropathrin in apple were studied. After application of fenpropathrin in apple, the residues were extracted from apple with the mixture of acetone and petroleum ether. The extract was cleaned up by liquid to liquid separation and column chromatography, then the sample was determined by gas chromatography with Electron Capture Detector (ECD). In three added concentrations of 0.08, 0.2 and 2 mg / kg, recoveries from apple and apple pulp are in the range of 92.21 %±9.30 to 101.67% ±12.01 and 91.95%±8.16 to 99.62%±3.51, respectively. The minimum detection for fenpropathrin was 1.09×10-10g. The half life of fenpropathrin in apple was 20-30 days and the residues of fenpropathrin in apple at harvest was 401.51μg / kg, which was lower than the Maximum Residues Limit (MRL)-500.0μg / kg.
