摘要
本文对六价铬化物(K2Cr2O7)的毒性进行了生物化学和病理学的研究。结果表明,大剂量六价铬化物可引起大鼠体重、血红蛋白浓度下降、血清丙氨酸转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶、乳酸脱氢酶活性和尿素氮增高,病理学观察,肝、肾组织细胞部分变性和坏死,而且还可诱发机体糖代谢紊乱,引起血糖升高,但对脂代谢无明显影响。
