摘要
采用不同强度磁处理水对胡萝卜块根进行组织培养,结果表明磁处理水在初代培养和继代培养过程对培养物生物重量的增殖有显著促进作用,但对其过氧化物酶同工酶分析,发现只是酶带颜色深浅有差异,而不影响酶谱带分布.
in this paper is studied the effect of magnetized water with different strength on tissue culture of the root tuber of Daucus carota L. Results show that the magnetized water promoted the increase in biomass of the callus of Daucus carota L. obviously.Changes in peroxdase isozymegram were analysed and it is found that the magnetized water merely affected the shades but not the distribution of the isoenzyme band.
