微波消融对绵羊心肌细胞电生理的影响 被引量:1

摘要 本文应用细胞电生理技术观察微波消融后心肌细胞电生理活动的改变,结果显示微波消融后消融灶内细胞坏死,细胞膜电活动消失,消融灶周围细胞跨膜电位异常改变局限于灶外8mm范围内,其灶外组织损伤范围和程度与射频消融者无显著差异,亦与消融灶大小无关。提示微波消融致心律失常作用与射频消融同样较小,临床应用具有安全性。此外,微波消融电极与标本表面相距2mm时仍能造成明显的消融灶。提示对范围较大、位置较深、电极难以与组织紧密接触的心律失常灶,微波消融亦能取得良好效果,较射频消融为优。 Electrophysiological and phathological changes in cardiomyocytes induced by microwave ablation were studied in 12 sheeps, There were cell necrosis and loss of electric.activity within the ablation lesion. Abnormal transmembrane potential was observed in surrounding areas limited within 8 mm from the border of ablation lesion. The degree and extent of injury were similar to that induced by radiofrequency ablation. It indicates that the arrhythmogenicity induced by microwave ablation might also be very low. Definite ablation could also be induced by microwave even when the catheter tip was placed 2 mm away from the surface of myocardial tissue. This means that microwave ablation might be efficious for those arrhythmogenic foci which are bigger,deeper and could not be contacted by the catheter tip. Therefore, the use of microwave for ablation may be better than radiofrequency.
