摘要
分析通常费用效能分析准则的缺陷，提出了费用效能模糊准则。最后通过一个可靠性优化的例子来说明费用效能模糊准则的应用情况。
he errors of the usual principles of cost-effectiveness analysis are discussed.On the basis of this,the fuzzy principles of cost-effectiveness analysis are proposed.The application of the cost-effectiveness analysis is shown through an example of optimization in system reliability.
