摘要
本文设计并制作了一套工作频率为0.5MHz的射频组织间透热治疗系统,包括功率源电路、测温电路和控温电路三大部分.用计算机实时控制方法在脑肿瘤的生物模拟材料上进行了实验,证明本系统工作正常,性能可靠.同时还利用阻抗法在ELXSI6400超级小型计算机上对该系统作了计算机模拟,为今后在病理实验和临床应用中的布针结构及其可靠性工作提供了理论依据.
This paper describes the design and producing of a compact system of RF insterstitial hyperthermia therapy, whose working frequency is 0. 5MHz. This system comprises apower source circuit, a temperature measurement circuit and a temperature controlling circuit. It was proved by the experiment on biological brain tumor-simulant material that thissystem works normally and has reliable properties. Meanwhile, the impedance method isused to compute the SAR distribution for the 3D cube model of a brain tumor, which hasprovided the theoretical basis for this system.
