枸杞多糖2对辐射损伤小鼠免疫功能恢复的影响 被引量:45

摘要 从枸杞子中提取的枸杞多糖(lyciumbarbarumpolysaccharide,LBP)有较好的免疫增强作用,可促进T、B淋巴细胞的功能,增强机体免疫监视功能以及降低抗肿瘤化疗药物引起的免疫抑制等作用。本文研究了LBP2对辐射损伤小鼠免疫功能恢复的影响,LBP2能明显促进辐射损伤小鼠免疫功能的恢复,照射后30d,胸腺指数、脾细胞对ConA、LPS的增殖反应、MLR、DTH及PFC均较照射对照组明显增强。 Lycium barbarium polysaccharides-2(LBP2)have been proved to have many immunostimulative functions,including promoting the function of T,B Lymphocytes,enhancing the surveillance function of the body and improving the immunosuppressive effect induced by anti-tumor chemotherapy agents,etc.Our study demonstrated that LBP2 accelerated the recovery of immunological functions of the irradiation damaged mice.At the 30th day after radiation,the recovery of the immune functions such as thymus index,proliferative response of splenocytes to ConA and LPS stimulation,the DTH response to C57BL/6 cell and anti-SRBC PFC were markedly accelerated in the radiation mice treated with LBP2,compared with those of the control.
