摘要
普甜玉米为雌雄同株异花作物,雄穗(圆锥花序)和雌穗(肉穗花序)的穗分化各自进行。经立体解剖镜和扫描电镜观察,雌、雄穗的穗分化由下而上向顶式分化。雄穗分为四期11个阶段;雌穗分为四期10个阶段。雄穗穗分化开始时的叶龄指数为27.4;雌穗为41.1。单株各叶腋的穗分化阶段由上至下阶梯形下降,前期各叶位的穗分化阶段较为接近,以后差距逐渐拉大。单株腋芽的分化数随肥水水平的提高而增加,但高肥水对穗分化进程的影响较小。
Sweet corn is an allogamous hermophrodite plant,the spike differentiations of staminate spike(panicle)and pistillate spikes (spadices)proceed respectively. Observations under steroscopic anatomic microscope and scanning electron microscope showed that the spike differentiations of staminate spike and pistillate spikes were of ascending acropetal type. The spike differentiation involved four periods and eleven stages for staminate spike and four periods and ten stages for pistillate spikes. The index of leaf age in the beginning of spike differentiation was 27. 4 for staminate spike and 41.1 for pistillate spikes.For a single plant, the spike differentiation stages in every leaf axil proceeded in a scalar descendant way and were rather approximative in early periods, but became more and more distant thereafter. The number of axillary buds under differentiation increased with the augmentation of fertilizer rate, but the high fertilizer rate had poor effect on the spike differentiation process.
