摘要
电子耳蜗是应用医学电子工程技术使全聋患者从无声世界回到有声世界的一种精巧的电子装置。本文从听觉生理学入手分析了三道电子耳蜗装置的基本设计原理及电气特性。论述了如何保证电子耳蜗具有足够的动态范围以及提高其音频分辨能力的基本原理和实现方法.文中还从医学电子工程的角度讨论了电子耳蜗应用的安全性、长期效果及存在问题。
Electronic cochlear implant is an elaborate electronic device, which can
bring deaf patients out of mute world back to sounded world. By means of medi-electronic
engineering technique. based on audition physiology analysis, this paper presents the design
principles and electrical characteristics of the three-channel electronic cochlear device. The
design cruxes of electronic cochlear, such as the acoustic dynamic range expanding, the speech
recognition capability improving, are illustrated in detail. The safety, long-term effects and
other problems concerning applications of electronic cochlear are also discussed.
