摘要
生物体系中脂质过氧化的检测方法是脂质过氧化反应机理研究能否取得成功的关键因素之一。检测生物体系中脂质过氧化的方法有多种，但各种检测方法在不同的实验中都显示出一定的优缺点，近年来应用较多并且很有前途的实验方法是高压液相色谱法以及化学发光法等。
To study the reaction mechanism oflipid peeroxidation,methodology is of criticalimportance.Many methods have been used tomeasure lipid peroxidation in biological sys-tems,but every one has some advantage andalso some disadvantage in different experi-ments. Recently people often use some ad-vanced methods,such as high-performenceliqid chromatography(HPLC),chemilumi-nescence and so on.
