摘要
BTF2,又称TFⅡH,为一多亚基蛋白质复合物,具有解链酶、依赖DNA的ATP酶及磷酸激酶活性,参与mRNA转录起始以及与转录偶联的核苷酸切除修复过程,在转录起始复合物形成过程中,BTF2/TFⅡH在有TFⅡE存在时,可使RNA聚合酶Ⅱ的羧端区域(CTD)、TBP及有关转录因子磷酸化.磷酸化反应可影响转录起始复合物中的蛋白质-蛋白质相互作用,调节转录起始,因此,BTF2/TFⅡH是一种重要的基本转录因子.
BTF2,also named TFⅡH,withmultiple subunit complex id believed to havehelicase,DNA-dependent ATPase and phos-phate kinase activities paticipated in transcrip-tion initiation and transcription -coulpled nu-cleotide-excision repair.During the formationof transcription initiation complex,poly-merase ⅡC-terminal domain(CTD),TBP andassociated transcription factors are phosphory-lated by BTF2/TFⅡH in the presence ofTFⅡE.These phosphorylation modificationscan be expected to have effects on the regula-tion of transcription initiation thrOugh affec-ting protein-protein interactions.So BTF2/TFⅡH is an important transcription factor ineukaryotic cells.
