摘要
本文用紫外分光光度法对大型和中型药铜宫形节育器在体外进行９０天内每天消炎痛的释放量及第１２０、１５０和１８０天的释放量测定。结果表明，两种型号的节育器具有相同的释放特征。在第１个月内，药物呈瀑布样释放，其累计量分别为总含量的５３．１９％和５２．０４％，以后释放量逐日减缓，至３个月后趋于稳定，释放时间可维持７～８个月。
The release rate of indomethacin from large and middle sizes Medicine Releasing UterineCavity Shaped Device Cu200 UCD MCu200)was studied in vitro.The daily release amount inthe first three months and the release amount of the 120th, 150th and 180th days were determinedby ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The result shows two sizes of UCD MCu200 have identical features on release. In the first month the drug was delivered in a waterfall model and cumulative release amount was 53.19% and 52.04% of total drug weight respectively.Then the release decreased day by day until the third month.Hereafter the release trended towards stablization.Thedelivery period was approximately 7-8 months.
