摘要
该法标准油用表面活性剂乳化,整个测定均在水相进行,极大地简化了繁琐、低效的水样预处理步骤,提高了测定的准确度和工作效率,并节省测定成本。该法的线性范围0-16μg/ml,标准偏差≤0.50μg/ml,相对标准偏差≤3.45%,加标回收率为90%-104%。经水样测定并与常规方法对照,令人满意。
A method for the direct determination of oil content in refinery waste water by second-orderderivative ultraviolet spectrophotometry is proposed.Because the standard oil is emulsified by sur-factants,an overall determination is performed in the aquous phase,thus no extraction and pre-treatment procedures are needed.The linear range of calibration curve is 0-16μg·ml ̄(-1),and thestandard deviation and the relative standard deviation are less than 0.50μg·ml ̄(-1) and3.4%,re-spectively.The recovery of the standard oil is 90%-104%,therefore this method is very accurateand simple in comparison with the general extractive method.
