摘要
介绍一种新型塔板──导向梯形浮阀塔板。该塔板吸取了Ⅴ型栅板、条形浮阀塔板、导向筛板和固舌塔板的优点,阀片在操作中不脱落、不卡死,具有良好的液流导向作用,可改善塔板上的液体流动状况。在流体力学性能方面与F1型浮同塔板进行了对比研究,测定结果表明,塔板压降可降低15%~20%,气相负荷上限可提高10%~20%,下限可降低1/3左右。给出了塔板压降、漏液量、雾沫夹带量的对比曲线及设计参数关联式。
A newly developed distillation tray, Guide Trapezoid-valve Tray (GTvT), is proposed. The GTVT combined the advantages of v-grid tray, rectangular valve tray, slotted sieve tray andjet tray, its valves were designed to guide the liquid flow so as to improve the liquid flow pattern on thetray. Experiments were carried out with air/water system in a pilot plant, and a performance comparisonwas made between the GTVT and FI valve tray with the experimental results. It was shown that theGTVT operated at 10% ~20% lower pressure drop and entrainment, about 1/3 lower liquid weeping,10%~20% higher capacity and a wider steady operation range than FI valve tray.
