婴幼儿哮喘血清SOD及LPO变化 被引量:6

Changes of superoxide dismutase and lieperoxidation in the child patients with asthma

摘要 目的探讨婴幼儿哮喘患者血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及过氧化脂质(LPO)含量的变化。方法病例对照研究。哮喘组40例,分为急性期和缓解期,正常对照组30例。采用放射免疫分析法测定血清中SOD,用改良TBA法测定血清中LPO。对测定结果进行t检验。结果哮喘组急性期、缓解期、对照组SOD分别为432.6±139.3,706.1±177.3和946.7±223.2μg/L,LPO分别为9.93±2.86,6.12±1.51和4.24±0.75nmol/L。与对照组相比哮喘组急性期及缓解期SOD均明显下降(P<0.01),LPO均明显升高(P<0.01)。结论SOD和LPO在婴幼儿哮喘发病中起着重要作用,用抗氧化剂治疗哮喘可能有效。 Objective To search for the changes of superxide dismutase(SOD)and Lioperoxidation(LPO)in the Child patients with asthma.Methods Case-control research.There were 4 patients in asthma group and 30 normal persen in normal control group.The 40 patients in asthma group were divided into 2 groups:acute stage group and remission stage group.The serum SOD was determined by RIA, the LPO was determined by modified TBA method.The t-test was carried out for the results of determination.Results The values of SOD of acute stage.remission stage of asthma group and mormal control group are 432.6±139.3,706.1±177.3 and 946.7±223.2 μg/L respectively,and the values of LPO of the 3 groups are 9.93±2.86,6.12 ±1.51 and 4.24±0 .75 nmol/L.comparing with normal control group, the values of SOD of acute stage and remission stage of asthma group are obvious decreased (P<0 .01), but the values of LPO areobvious increased(P<0.01)Conclusion SOD and LPO play the important role in the Child patients with asthma.It may be effective to use anti-oxidant to treat the child patients with asthma.
