摘要
在68侧经红色乳胶灌注的成人尸体上,对前锯肌的血供及血管蒂与肋骨的关系进行了观察。结果表明,前锯肌动脉98.9%来自胸背动脉,血管蒂平对第5与第6肋的占85.1%。此肌骨瓣具有取材方便,位置隐蔽,血管蒂长,口径粗,便于吻接等优点。
The blood supply and the locat-ion of vascular pedicle of the serratusanterior muscle were studied on 68sides of the adult cadavers.Thor-acodorsal artery was considered asthe suitable supplier for the serratusanterior musculoskeletal flap.,Theadvantage of using the myo-osteo-freeflap for the repairment of mandibular defect lies on the operative convenie-nce,the long and large vascular pedicleand the texture of the flap.
