摘要
介绍了柴油机喷油过程计算机测试系统的原理、设计和影响测试精度的因素,给出了实际测试结果。测试参数包括喷油压力、喷油速率、循环油量、喷油持续角、针阀升程等喷油过程主要特征参数。该系统能方便可靠地测试单次或多次平均的喷油过程参数。其测试结果可用以分析柴油机的燃烧过程和性能、改进供油系统、检验喷油过程的数学模型等。
The principle and the design of a computer-measuring system for the fuel injection process of a diesel engine are described. The factors influencing the measurement accuracy are also analysed, and the actually measured results are given. The measured items include such main typical parameters of the fuel injection process as the injection pressure, the injection rate, the fuel quantity per cycle,the injection duration and the needle-valve lift. The values of the parameters of a single injection or the mean values of the parameters of more than one injections can be measured conveniently and reliably. The measured results may be used to analyse the combustion process and performance of the diesel engine, to improve the fuel feed system and to verify a mathematical model for the fuel injection process.
