摘要
讨论了高速数据采集系统前置通道的性能指标及设计原则,给出了作者设计且已实现的前置通道的系统构成及各个环节的结构,说明了其设计计算方法,特别详细说明了如信号幅度的调整,偏置量的调整与输入耦合及放大、触发等问题。文中讨论了ADC的输入范围、输出显示垂直灵敏度、输入信号幅度值范围、衰减档的设置及放大倍数等之间的关系,给出了具体设计参数,同时还说明了计算机自动设定衰减档的方法。在解决偏置电平的调整问题上,文中提出了把高频与低频通路分开、在低频通道上调整偏置量的方法,给出了理论推导及具体实现电路。文章还对所设计的放大、触发电路做了描述说明。
The specifications and design principles of the analog channel of a high speed data acquisition system are discussed. The structure of the channel implemented is given. The design method is explained,especially about how to solve the problems such as signal amplitude and offset adjusting, input coupling, amplifying, triggering etc. The relations among input range to ADC,display vertical sensitivity, signal amplitude, steps of attenuation and gain are disccused, and design parametetrs are given. Meanwhile, the method to set attenuation steps automatically by a computer is given. When solving the problem to adjust offset level, a method to separate high frequency path from the low one, and ajusting offset level in low frequency path is proposed. Furthermore, the theoretical derivation and an implemented circuit are given.The amplifying and the triggering circuits are discribed too.
