摘要 在分析消费者效用增量和生产者效益增量的基础上,用协商公理化方法建立了分时电价的协商模型,给出了由Nash协商解确定的分时电价的基本特征和满足的条件,并指出了用这种方法确定的分时电价满足的各种合理性与公平性原则. Based on analysing the consumer utility increment and the Producer benefical increment,in this paper, a bargaining model of the time-of-use electricity pricing is established. The basic characterisitics and satisfied conditions of the time -of-use electricity pricing which is determined by Nash bargaining solution of the bargaining model are given.The paper also indicates that the take-of-use electricity pricing, determined by the bargaining method, satisfies some rationality and fairness principles.
