摘要
研究了黑芥(Brassicanigra)的核型和染色体的GiemsaC带带型,黑芥有8对染色体,4对是中部着丝粒染色体;其中4对是亚中部着丝粒染色体,在4对亚中部着丝粒染色体中有2对具随体。黑芥的核型公式为2n=2x=16=8m+4sm+4sm(SAT).用HSG法得到GiemsaC带带型,黑芥的C带带型为CIT型,黑芥的染色体具有着丝粒带、中间带、端带和全带。黑芥的GiemsaC带带型公式为2n=2x=16=CIT型=2C+2CI+2CI_++8CT(lCT ̄+)+2CI_+T ̄+。
This peper focuses on the Study of the karyotgus and Giemsa C- banding petterns ofBrassica nigra,In the root-tip cells of Brassica nigra exist 8 peirs of chromosemes among which 4 airmetacentric and 4 air submetacentric, Among the latter 4 pairs,2 are satttellites,The karyotypeformula of B. nigra is 2n= 2x=16 = 8m+48m+4sm(SAT).The Giemsa C-banding pattem of B.nigra is CIT pottern. The C-banding pattern was obtained by war of HSG C-banding.Within giemsac-bamding pattern of B. nigra there are centromeric bands,intercalary bands telomeric bands andwhole bands. The giemsa C-banding formula is 2n= 2x=16=CIT pattern =2C+2CI+2CI_++8CT(ICT ̄+)+2CI+_T+.
