摘要
城镇土地经济评价是土地评价的一种类型，也是随着近年来我国城镇土地使用制度改革、房地产市场复苏和兴起而逐步发展起来的一个新兴研究领域。本文在深入分析国内外城镇土地经济评价工作开展现状的基础上，提出了内陆地区城镇土地经济评价研究的主要内容、研究目标、研究方法，以及应解决的关键问题，从而为内陆地区开展城镇土地定级、估价工作提供了依据。
Urban Land Economic Appraisal is not only one of the land evaluation types, but also a graduallydeveloped new research field with the reform of China's urban land-use system and the revival and boom of its real estate market. This paper, based on a deep analysis of the Current urban land evaluation work at home and abroad, puts forward the main content,goals, methods, and key problems to be solved , involved in the research into inland-China land economic appraisal, and accordingly provides basis for the opertion of urban land grading and pricing in inland areas.
