摘要
龚嘴水库悬移质淤积三角洲洲头已于1983年汛未出库,洲头出库后泥沙淤积特性主要表现为水流输沙能力的调整。悬沙淤积趋向相对平衡,推移质淤积的矛盾日渐突出,调节库容继续减少,库尾回水抬高将危及成昆铁路的安全,泥沙大量出库不仅对龚嘴大坝水工建筑物和机组的安全运行造成威胁,还加快了下游铜街子水库的淤积速度。只有瀑布沟水电工程早日兴建才能彻底解决上游的来沙问题,使龚嘴和铜街于水库长期发挥效益。
The delta head of suspended load accumulated delta extended out of Gongzui reser-voir at the end of flood season in l983.The silt siltation feature is the regulation of sedimentdischarge capacity.SiItation of suspending sand is intended to relatively equlibrium。The ac-cumulation of bed load is obvious。Regulating reservoir storage is continuously decrease.Raise of backwater at end of reservoir will endanger the safety of Chengdu-Kunming Rail-way. arge amount of silt extending out of reservoir not only threaten the safe operation ofGongzui dam,other hydraulic structures and units,but also accelerate the silt accumulationat Tongjiezi reservoir downstream,Earlier building of Pubugou Project will thoroughly solvethe silt problem and make benefit of the Gongzui and Tongjiezi reservoirs in perpetuum.
