摘要
用高效液相色谱氨基酸自动分析仪和原子吸收分光光度计分别测定日本血吸虫病血清中游离氨基酸与肝组织内微量元素,结果表明:血清中除胱氨酸外含17种氨基酸,其中生物体必须的异亮氨酸和赖氨酸较感染前的对照组显著增多,亮氨酸明显减少(P<0.05)。但芳香族和支键族的氨基酸比值无明显变化,显然与其早期疾病肝功受损还不严重及无门静脉短路有关。肝组织微量元素中Zn、Fe含量比正常兔对照组明显增多(P<0.01)。这些具有基础和临床医学意义的首次报道可供进一步研究参考。
No report has yet been read on thie serum amino-acids ( AA ) and liver micro-elements ( ME ) of man and animal schistosomiasis. We used the same batch of 10 healthy rabbits infected with S. japonicum, and drew their sera and liver containing egg nodules for comparative studies with the control groups for 47 days.Waters HPLC and type WFX-IB .AAS were used to detect the amount of 18 common free AA and 5 necessary ME ( Zn, Cu, Fe, Ca, Mg ) respectively. The amount ( uM/L ) of glycine and histidine of sick rabbit were higher than that of the normal ( P<0.01 ) , the isoleucine and lysine were also quite significantly increased ( P<0.05 ). but the arginine and leu-cine were decreased significantly than that of the control series ( P<0.05 ). The ratio of aromatic and alifatic ( branched chains ) AA were not shown to be marked differently The amount (ug/g wet ) of Zn and Fe in liver tissue were very significantly (P>0.05) higher ( P<0.01 ) than those of the normal animal. No difference on the contents of Cu, Ca and Mg between the experimental and control series were estimated.
