摘要
本文研究刚性聚合物(PS、SAN、PMMA)对PVC/CaCO3共混体力学性能和流变行为的影响。结果表明,填加少量刚性聚合物对PVC/CaCO3共混体的拉伸性能影响不大,冲击强度有所提高;PS和SAN均能较好地促进PVC或PVC/CaCO3体系的塑化,而CaCO3和PMMA并用填充时才具有一定的促进PVC塑化作用,刚性聚合物PS和SAN还能改善共混熔体的流动性。
Abstract The effects of rigid polymers (PS.SAN \ PMMA)on the mechanical properties and rheological behaviors of PVC/CaCO3 blends were studied in the paper. The results showed thatthe tensile strength and tensile yield changed slightly, and the impact strength increasedslightly by filling a little amount of rigid polymers to PVC/CaCO3 blends. PS and SANcould improve the plasticizing behaviors and flow properties of PVC and PVC/CaCO3. Theplasticizing behaviors of PVC were not improved by filling CaCO3 or PMMA, but were improved slightly by filling CaCO3 and PMMA together.
