摘要
本文研究了聚氯乙烯(PVC)树脂在较多增塑剂邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)存在的情况下,添加多官能团单体(交联剂)进行γ射线辐照交联的影响因素。发现DOP含量、交联剂的种类及合量、辐照剂量、辐照氛围都是影响PVC辐照交联程度的因素,对辐照物进行适当的后处理,有利于提高辐照物的凝胶含量。
Abstract Factors affecting polyvinyl chloride (PVC) radiation crosslinking in the ekistence of phthalic acid his 2-ethylbexyl ester (DOP) and multifunctional crosslinking agent were investigated. Types and concentration of crosslinking agent,radiation dose,DOP concentration and radiation environment play different roles on PVC crsslinking. Suitable postradiation heat treatment in vacuum heater could increase the gelation of radiated PVC.
