摘要
本文对聚乙烯(PE)-乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)-炭黑(CB)复合材料的电阻-电压特性进行了研究。结果表明,这种材料在低于2.5V电压下,电阻是常数。在5~15V的电压范围内,R-U符合关系式R=An-1U(1-B)。温度低于EVA熔点时,热处理可以扩大材料欧姆特性的电压范围,降低B值和电阻。热处理温度越高,处理时间越长,材料的AN-1、B值越小。炭黑含量低,测试温度高,材料的电阻、B值大。EVA的存在使B值增大。
Abstract The R-U characteristics of composites of carbon black loaded in PE-EVA matrix were studied. It was found that the resistance of the sample was a constant up to applied voltage of 2. 5V. Between 5~15V the R-U behavior could be expressed by equation: R=An-1 ·U(1-B). As a result of heat treatmeat below the M P. of EVA, the Voltage range was enlarged and AN-1 and B decreased. The greater the temperature of heat treatmentand the longer its time, the smaller its resistance and coefficient B. The resistance and B increased when reducing contain of carbonn dack and elevahng experiment temperature. EVA increased coeffcient B.
