摘要
本文采用模拟中分子物质——维生素B_(12)、细胞色素C和菊糖及不同的吸附剂(活性碳和合成树脂)进行了体外吸附实验。试图筛选出对于中分子量有毒物质具有优良吸附性能的吸附树脂。并对中分子量物质的吸附过程进行了初步研究。结果表明:吸附树脂与被吸附物质极性相近时,树脂孔径大小是影响吸附过程的主要因素。当吸附剂孔径大于360(?)时,对分子量在1,000~10,000之间的非极性物质吸附3小时可以取得比较显著的效果。其中以X-5型吸附树脂的吸附效果最好。
Vltamin B12,Inulin and Cytochrome C were used to determine
adsorption capacity of different macroporous resins. Experimental results
revealed that the pore size of macroporous resins is the determining factor
of its adsorption capacity. Polar resins adsorb more polar adsorbates than
nonpolar ones. The adsorption capaclty of macroprous resin having pore
size larger than 350 A was satisfactory for middle molecules with MW of
1,000-10.000. Middle molecule removal
with rat models showed good results.
