摘要 对采用燃烧合成方法所制备的Ni-Si金属间化合物材料的组织结构及Ti对组织结构的影响等作了研究。结果表明,少量的Ti能使铸态组织明显细化,加入较多的Ti则可在铸态获得单相β户-Ni3Si金属间化合物。 Self--propagating high-temperature synthesis (SHS) is a novel processing technique for the production of advanced materials. The microstructures of the combustion synthesised Ni-it intermetallic compounds have been examined, and the influence of Ti on the microstructure has been investigated, It has been found that a small addition of Ti is beneficial to get products with fined as-cast microstructure. With more addition of Ti,it is possible to get single β1,-Ni3 Si phase in as-cast condition.
