摘要
采用物理相变方法,将钢厂烟尘作为制备铁氧体的新原料.通过宏观、微观分析,研究了烟尘的结构和物化性质,并通过实验总结出改进制备硬磁铁氧体的关键性工艺.给出了所制硬磁铁抗体的磁性能数据。
he wastes from steel-making plants can be used as a raw material to make hard ferrites by means of physical phase transformation. This technique will open up a new source of magnetic material. This paper describes the study on the structure and physical and chemical properties of the dust by both macroscopic and microscopic methods and proposes effective steps to improve and simplify the technique of producing hard ferrites. The data of magnetic properties of the hard ferrites prepared are given in this paper.
