摘要
为探讨糖皮质激素受体(GR)在病毒性心肌炎(MC)及扩张型心肌病(DCM)中的作用及意义,检测了20例MC及30例DCM病人外周血白细胞GR及血浆皮质醇(F)的浓度,并与20例正常对照组(NC)比较。结果发现MC及DCM病人的GR均明显低于NC组(均P<0.001),而F无明显变化(P>0.05)。根据MC及DCM病人经强的松治疗后病情变化的情况分为“激素敏感组”和“激素非敏感组”,结果发现激素敏感组的GR水平高于激素非敏感组(P<0.001)。以上结果提示GR对探讨MC及DCM的发病机制及指导糖皮质激素的治疗均有意义。
To study the role and significaiice of glucocorticoid receptor (GR) cancentrattons m'peripheral blood leuko-cytes of patients with viral myocarditis(MC) and idiopathic dilated cardiornyopathy (DCM ) .GR in peripheral leukocytes was .studied in 20 patients with MC,30 patients with DCM and 20 norrnal control subjects(NC). It showed that the GR level was statistlcally lower in MC,DCM than in NC(P<0. 001,in all). There was no significant difference of GR between MC and DCM(P<0. 05). The results suggest that GR rnay play an important part m the pathogenesi.s of MC and DCM,and that further studies to explore the potential pathogenesis role ol GR in MC and DCM may be warranted.
