摘要
以分子氧为氧化剂,在焦磷酸钒(VPO)催化剂上研究了丙烷直接选择氧化制取丙烯酸和醋酸。着重考察了催化剂组成、制备方法以及结构特征对反应性能的影响。同时探讨了水对反应性能的特殊影响,提出用水与催化剂表面钒原子的配位作用来说明其特殊的活性抑制作用。最后用判断试验推测了可能的反应历程。
Direct selective oxidation of propane to acrylic acid and acetic acid over VPO catalyst is studied using molecular O2 as oxidant. Effects of catalyst composition, preparation, and structure on reactivity are investigated emphatically. The special role of water is also discussed, and it is suggested that there is a coordination between water and surface vanadium, resulting in activity suppression caused by water. Finally,a possible reaction route is inferred from judgement experiments.
