摘要
本文提出了以电流传输器CCⅡ±为基本电路元件的电流模式全集成MOSFET-C精确连续时间四阶低通滤波器电路,并应用PSPICE-Ⅱ通用模拟电路程序,对其幅频特性和相频特性进行了计算机仿真分析,得出了实用的结论。
The paper gives the realization of fully integrated current version MOSFET-C precision continuous-time fourth-order low pass filter based on current conveyors CC Ⅱ ±. Using PSPICE-Ⅱ, simulation and analysis of the characteristics of the output voltage amplitude-frequency response and phase-frequency response of a fourth-order low pass fiter have been done. Practical conclusions are obtained.
