摘要
实验测定了整体家兔和在位灌流大鼠肺的呼吸力学参数。８只家兔结果（ｘ±ｓ）：潮气量１３．７５±２．７８ｍｌ，每分通气量５４７．９４±３９．４２ｍｌ／ｍｉｎ，动态肺顺应性３６．６７±９．２７ｍｌ／ｋＰａ，肺阻力６．５２±１．４５Ｐａ·ｓ／ｍｌ。１８例在位灌流大鼠肺的相应结果为：２．１２±０．４０ｍｌ，１２７．２８±２４．１３ｍｌ／ｍｉｎ，４．４６±１．０４ｍｌ／ｋＰａ和１３．１１±５．４７Ｐａ·ｓ／ｍｌ。并在肺标本上测定了气道对乙酰胆碱的反应性。
Parameters of ventilation and respiratory mechanics in intact rabbits and in rat lungs perfused in situ were measured.Results from 8 rabbits were(x±s);tidal volume 13.75±2.78ml,minute ventilation 547.94±39.42 ml/min,dynamic lung compliance 36.67±9.27 ml/kPa,and lung resistance 6.52±1.45 Pa·s/ml.The data from perfused lungs of 18 rats were 2.12±0.40ml,127.28±24,13ml/min,4.46±1.04ml/kPa,and 13.11±5.47 Pa·s/ml,respectively.Airway responsiveness to ACh was carried out in the rat lung preparations.
