摘要
使用不同剂量的补肾健骨胶囊对维甲酸造成的大鼠骨质疏松症模型进行了治疗,并与正常对照组、模型组和对照药物(Tridin)组进行了比较。统计学结果显示,补肾健骨胶囊可明显抑制维甲酸造成的大鼠骨质丢失,对骨骼有明显的保护作用;治疗后大鼠骨载荷、骨桡度等生物力学指标与模型组比较明显提高(P<0.05或<0.01)。使用补肾健骨胶囊治疗的大鼠部分骨检测指标与药物对照组比较亦有明显提高,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05或<0.01),提示该药促进骨生成的作用可能优于对照药物。
Osteoporosis in rats made with retinotic acid were treated with Bu Shen Jian Gu(BSJG)capsule in different dosage,and comparison was made among the control group,the model group and the tridin treated group.The results of three point bending test of femur indicated that the biomechanical parameters(loading,deflection ,etc)of BSJG capsule treated group were significantly higher than model group(P<0.05 or<0.01).This suggests that treatment with BSJG capsule can obviously improve the biomechanical properties of bone of osteoporotic rats.caused by retinotic acid and prevent osteoporosis effectively.The statistical results showed that some parameters in BSJG capsule treated group were significantly higher than the tridin treated group(P<0.05 or<0.01),suggesting that BSJG capsule promotes ossification more effectively than tridin.
