摘要
研制了一种新型的钢铁常温磷化处理液，叙述了该液中金属磷酸盐、促进剂、缓冲剂等几种主要成分的选择要点，确定了最佳配方及工艺参数。性能测试表明，该常温磷化膜的主要性能指标均达到或超过国家标准。
AbstractA new type room-tmperature phosphating solutionfor steel has been developed. The selection considera-tions of the components, such as phosphates, promo-tors and buffers, and optimum formulation and application considerations have been introduced. The major technical specifications have been close or su-perior to the state standards.
