摘要
为提高雾化效果以满足无光氨基烘漆静电喷涂和其他静电喷涂工艺的需要,对改进喷盘(杯)构造进行理论探讨,提供了改进后的“V”形齿槽的工艺设备图。试验证明,改进后的“V”形齿槽,不仅获得了理想的喷涂效果,同时也大大提高了涂料的利用率。
AbstractIn order to enhance the atomization effect to meet therequirements of electrostatic spray of matt melaminebaking paint and other electrostatic spray technology ,a theoretical discussion on the structure modificationof spray disc(cup) was made , and the device diagramof the modified “V” shape gear trough was given. Ithas been show, experimentally, that the modifiedspray disc can not only result in ideal atomization,but also increase the use effectiveness of paints.
