摘要
联锁块铺面具有经济性好、适应变形能力强和施工速度快、维修方便等优点;但在我国,对这类铺面的研究和应用很少.在国外,对这类结构设计大多沿袭了沥青路面的设计方法.这虽可用于道路路面结构的设计,但当用于港区大吨位集中荷载下的铺面结构设计时,容易造成不安全的后果.本文是在分析大量试验结果的基础上,提出了联锁块铺面轴对称扩散荷载的拱效应机理;分析了块体间接缝的剪切特性,认为接缝剪切符合常位移模式;根据其特点,提出了采用变形指标表征结构承载力和定量判别铺面临界状态的方法,据以提出了8cm厚的联锁块层铺面结构的容许回弹弯沉值.该理论已先后在多个码头堆场的铺面设计中得到了成功的应用.
So far,most of the structural thickness designs for interlocking cement concrete block pavements follow the design procedures of asphalt pavements.However, these methods are unsuitable for the paving structural des gn of port areas as the loads of the latter are much greater than those of the road.Based on the analysis of the test results both in laboratory and in situ, the axisymmetric load-spreading mechanism of interlocking block layer known as 'arch effect' is presented in the paper. Then, author analyse the shear characteristics of the joints between blocks and based on which an index, i. e. the resilient deflection, has been suggested to characterize the structural bearing-capacity of block paving. Finally, a method to discriminate the limit state of block paving structure is put forward. The theory presented in the paper has been successfully used in paving structural designs of several port areas.
