摘要
双轴直线电动机的动子是在二维空间内运动的,作为位置控制电机在精密制造、办公自动化系统等方面的应用不断扩大,但是双轴直线电动机在高速运动或急剧改变速度时很容易产生失步,本文介绍为了达到高速、精确的位置控制,克服失步现象采取的一些方法.
A Dual-axis linear motor has theunique characteristic that the slider moves linearly. To bethe positioning motor,it is being used enlargely for officeautomation systems and information machines. But whenthe speed of the motor is suddenly changed and it movesin a high speed, it will be easy to move unnormally. Toimprove the control performance of it,a stand pattern ofthe speed and microstep are useful. This paper is aboutthe research of these control modes.
