摘要
成年Wistar大鼠用含硒强化沙棘果汁、沙棘果汁及维生素C的半纯化饲料喂养12周后,测定其血清、肝脏和红细胞膜丙二醛(MDA)含量,全血及肝脏谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性及全血超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活性的变化。结果表明:大鼠血清、肝脏及红细胞膜MDA含量在各实验组均远远低于对照组(P<0.01)。而各实验组GSH-Px和SOD活性均显著高于对照组。结果说明,沙棘果汁可显著降低大鼠机体内脂质过氧化反应,增强机体抵抗过氧化损伤的能力,这种作用在经硒强化后尤为显著。
The effect of hippophae rhamnoides juice with or without supplemented selenium on the antioxidation ability was studied in 48 Wistar rats. The rats (12 months old) were randomly divided into 4 groups (12 in each groups) and fed with basal diet (Group A),basal diet+40% Hippophae rhamonides juice(Group B),basal diet+40% Hippophae rhamonides juice+2.0mg selenium/kg diet (Group C) and basal diet+2.5g vitamin C/kg diet (Group D).12 weeks later, MDA contents in RBC membrane, serum and liver markedly decreased in rats fed with diets of group B,C and D. The GSH-Px activity of blood and liver was enhanced especially in group C. SOD activity of treated groups was significantly higher when compared with group A.The results suggested that hippophae rhamnoides juice can decrease lipid peroxidation in rats, and when supplemented with selenium, it can further enhance the effect of anti-peroxidation of hippophae rhamnoides juice.
