摘要
为了更好地利用体外全胚胎培养技术,我们在Brown等人提出的形态评分系统基础上建立了体外培养大鼠胚胎组织器官形态分化评分方法;率先推出胚胎干重作为评价体外培养胚胎生长发育的指标之一;证明亚硒酸钠对体外培养的大鼠胚胎具有发育毒性。
In order to realize the maximum potential of whole embryo culture techniques,We developed a quantitative scoring method of rat embryonic development and differentation in vitro on the basis of Brown N. A. et al, who had devised morphological scoring system. The embryonic dry weight was developed within our lab ,serving as one of several parameters connected with embryonic growth and development. In this experiment,it was showed Se had embryotoxicity and teratogenicity on rat e bryos cultured in vitro.
